The organization provides supports and services to adults with intellectual disabilities promoting health, independence and employment. We are located at 151 Sweeney Drive in Crossville, Cumberland County, Tennessee and are an equal opportunity employer.

OUR PHILOSOPHY is that persons with intellectual disabilities have the same needs, hopes,

DAY SERVICES provides these services:   Adult and Senior Day Care, Developmental Training, Cognitive Learning Skills Center, Daily Living Skills Center,
Multi-Media Center, Variety Shop, Arts and Crafts, Motor Skills Development Center, Sensory Room, Music Activities, Pre Vocational Training, Sheltered Workshop, Community Awareness and Participation, Special Events Celebrations and Transportation.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES provides these services: Group Homes, Supported Living, Family Model, Personal Assistance, Respite and Transportation.
SOCIAL SERVICES provides these services: Health and Medical Management, Nursing, Intake, Representative Payee Services, Case Management and Transportation.
SENIOR SERVICES (HOME MATTERS) provides these services: Personal Care Attendant, Homemaker Services, Adult Day Care, In Home Respite and Transportation.
